Need Help with backdoor number - tried the ones listed

I applied for the Childrens place credit card and they are through citibank.
 
I tried citibanks backdoor number and they said they did not have my information and the the childrens place is on their own. 
 
Does anyone have a back door number for the childrens place credit card?
 
I applied online and they said they would send me a letter with their decision.
 
Please help!
