What about looking at other creditors? PenFed, Citi, Barclays?
I am considering closing my Fidelity, since I had anticipated rolling over a 401k to them but went with someone else instead. I had a citi card but the limit had been stuck at 30k for a year and I didn't like talking with script readers so I closed it. Not keen on citi. I like boa since a live person usually answers, it seems like they only transfer to that automated phone system during peak hours.
I Think you can concentrate on 5% cashback cards.
