Just pay as much as you can. No need to pay overlimit, like Lexie and Finstar said. The more you can pay over a shorter period of time, the better it is.
High utilization by itself usually doesn't result in AA, unless it's outrageously high. High utilization coupled with (close to) minimum payment amounts however, usually is a receipe for AA.
