New Amex card and backdating?

UPDATE: My 2nd statement cut was 7/27 and today i pulled my EX , guess what AMEX just hit my my report with open date as 1992  

thanks everyone. Honestly i would have never applied for amex, if i would have not come to this awesome forum.

now i am waiting for other 2CRAs to get updated , then pull my scores.

Off topic: Today i see one of my TL gone from EX report, it was rental TL since last year, not sure if i need to worry about it.
