British Amex cards. There's a little note on the bottom of the page.

These are international cards denominated in Euros or $s.  While these are operatated out of a UK office, cards for use in the UK are of course denominated in GBP.

Their plat may be better, bur its 550 euros a year, which is over 700usd.lol

It says its in dollars too same it has a €/$ if you look close

If you click on apply now, it says you can not be a US resident.
