New Barclay CC right after CLI

I was wondering if anyone knows if my application for a new Barclay CC will get denied automatically if I apply right after getting a CLI? It has been 2 weeks since I got the CLI and I don't know whether I should wait for couple of months before applying. Thanks for your help.
