New Barclay Card reporting as Flexible Spending?

Just recently approved for a U.S. Airways for $2k with Barclays. Alerts came in today and saw that experian is reporting it as a Flexible Spending Account. How is this possible since it's not a WMC? Anyone know if I am able to actually exceed my limit (without penalty) even though it's not a WMC?

Venmo CC $5.0K || Paypal Cashback CC $2.0K || Walmart CC $3.0K || CapOne QS1 $700 || CapOne QS $800 || Mission Lane $1.5K || Merrick $1.0K || AMEX Optima $500

Okay, logged on Barclays and looked at card benefits and it brought me to a WMC benefits guide. Lol

so will the NPSL still apply?

It's possible to have a flexible spending card with a card like that. I have a FNBO SavingStar AmEx, it's only $1k, and it reports as flexible spending. In my paperwork it said all about NPSL.

It should be in your disclosure sent with the card... Also, if it indeed is then you may exceed without a penalty/fee..
