New Capital One mail offer. Hard Pull?

I recently opened a new Capital One account two months ago. I just received an offer for another card with the credit steps. My question is, if I decided to accept, does it pull my credit again? I assume it does, just wondering if anyone knew for sure.

Yes. As fas as I know CapOne will pull all 3 Credit Reports.
