Yes they are subprime. The annual fee is probably ridiculously high.

Yea....I wouldn't get them with your scores. At the time I got them I was in the beginning rebuilding stages. AF was like $75 bucks and I don't know what the interest rate is...don't really care as I PIF. When renewal times comes up I will be closing them out.
