Lol well Cap 1 had $0 income for me. Just updated that too. I really love the useful info I find on this forum.

Huh, I had put in my income when I made a what the hell CLI request when mine converted from Orchard, but it was blank for me too.

To add to the list of lenders that you can update income informaton: Amex.

I've never requested a CLI this is the first time I messed with anything. Mine's never been Orchard.

Perhaps I left it blank originally. It had no employment info either. Maybe that's the reason I shoUld believe I got such a low limit.

It's Capital One Smiley Happy.

Virtually everyone starts with a low limit there and it rarely budges short of comparitively recent EO experiences.

So i got a really. Nice bump to my salary (about 28%), when do you tell existing credit card companies (for the cards you already have) about your new income?

Happy to hear that you accepted the new job Congrats

I would update as I asked for CLI's or just before I expected auto luv

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: New Salary - when do you tell existing CC companies?

I don't update my income info unless I'm asking for a CLI or applying for a new card. Until then, it doesn't really matter to me what they have on file.
