Just checked my Walmart account, and I have a new TU of 674, up from 652. It shows 'Your new score as of Feb. 4, 2013 is 674'
As of Feb 4, it was 652?
Does getting a 2x CLI last week have anything to do with it? Maybe they updated my score when they soft pulled me?
The Walmart TU is really close to a lender pulled TU a few weeks ago of 676, so that gives me a little more confidence in the validity/accuracy of the Walmart score.
Thanks for the heads up , see my score now too, dow 2 pointgs should be going up though with me paying down some cc in the next month with my tax refund
how do you get your credit score from walmart? i have a walmart card, is it on their website somewhere?

Yes, when you log into your online account for your Walmart credit card, you should select paperless billing and then you will start receiving a free monthly TU score.
Oh NICE.... Thanks a lot for pointing that out.. I'm check'n it out now.. I opened the card back in Oct 2012 and they gave me a 600.00 credit limit and I just noticed on my latest account login they automatically bumped it up to a WHOLE 800.00.. LOL.. My Equifax Fico is 713.. Was surprised the CL was so low..

That's pretty much my main reason for getting a Walmart credit card - for the free monthly TU Fico score. Although I do a lot of my grocery shopping at Walmart and when I use the card there, I often get $100 cash back (nice feature!).
There's a backdoor number in the sticky for GE/Walmart underwriting. Tons of people have had great success with calling them up and asking for bigger CLIs. You should give them a call and see what they can do for you. You have a good EQ score, but what's your TU score like? I guess you will find out if you enroll in paperless billing today! Anyway, GE/Walmart makes their decisions based on your TU score 99% of the time.
Okay thanks.. I will call them.. My TU is 695 according to what my Walmart accout just showed me.. Seem to vary quite a bit between TU, Equifax and Ex. Thanks for the advice..
