SCT cards are for the bottom of the rebuilder pile. They have some utility if you have nothing else, and many are getting shut down now anyway. With your scores and cards in your profile I would stay away and look for quality.
It seemed like it had decent benefits for having 0 AF, hence my curiosity.
Although, I suppose based on the disdain many seem to have from Comenity, it'd be a good idea to stay away from it.
