New due date - impact on CLI timing?

I changed my Walmart Discover's due date and as result ill not have a statement generated this month. With GE backed cards everyone says to request CLI after 4th statement. Does me moving my due date mean I have to wait an extra month before I request CLI?

Any suggestions? I'm thinking that this will in fact push it back but if I try on statement 3 (my 4th month with card), I would request CLI the week before x-mas. Would figure they would be more app to increasing limits at this time (maybe wrong though)
