'New' target cc affect AAoA?

Not sure if this should go in cc or understanding fico scoring

Now that target cc's are being managed by a new bank, it's been reported on both ck & cs as a 'new' acct. will this in any way affect my AAoA ?

Re: 'New' target cc affect AAoA?

I bit the bullet and pulled my exp report here the other day.  My target card shows the new bank but my original issue date.  I am hoping this means my AAoA remains the same as well

I bet it will.  Its kinda like the time I had fraudulent activity on my USAA card. I got a new account number but the old opening date.
