I ran a search on it and didnt see this one, the last one I saw in search results was a 3.25% limited edition AMEX card a few months back.

edit: he beat me to it..  We all can't catch everything ..  I am sure alot of people are interested in it though as none of us are on everyday.. Suprsied alot of people didn't apply for it to be honest.  Guess it might be the service area
