Newegg or MacMall Backdoor Number?

Does anyone have a contact number or better yet a backdoor number for Newegg or MacMall? DH and I are trying to purchase a new iMac but wanting the flexibility to pay it out over a few months & like the idea of the hidden tradeline for future purchases as well.

However, I keep getting an info is inaccurate or incomplete or it appears the purchase was not made by you over and over. 

Any ideas?

both newegg and macmall take billmelater, and that is a hidden tradeline too.

I tried google and typed in newegg support. I got many options including Email and phone. For phone it seemed you had to have an account but at least you can Email them. I hope this helps.
