No CLI button on my chase card online screen.

I think someone else mentioned that they removed the CLI button.

ROFLOL!  This has been covered before.  Citi re-designed their website back during the summer months at which time the CLI button was removed if you were not eligible for an increase.  Meaning:

1. Too short a time since last CLI
2. Don't meet the criteria for CLI based on soft pull
3. Account too new
4. Whatever other reasons that Citi may have

Thus, you will either have to call in your request or wait until the button appears for you.

Yep. Mine is gone also. But my year anniversary is coming up. Maybe they will auto-CLI me. But I'm not going to ask them, and I don't need it. I'm fine at $25,000.
