No Chat Button @ Capital One

So there is no chat button when I sign it at Capital One.  Do you think they disabled it because of the transition?  Maybe too many people chatting with them about what they have or have not done?  Maybe they just disabled it for me knowingly!?!

It is by will alone I set my mind in motion.....
Always follow these rules: Only take a HP for a new account. Always use the best rewards card for that reward category. Don't close a card unless you know you really should. Never use more than 35% of a credit limit. Recon as much and as best you can. Use the introductory period to the best advantage. Get the signup bonus. Whenever possible PIF or balance transfer so you pay less in interest. Never give an excellent rating when it is actually the norm. Always look for a discount as more is always better.
Always accept candy from strangers because they have the best candy or from people you know have good candy.

The Cap One site is now completely down for logging in, so I assume they must be doing some updates!

I looked there once but did not see it.  I will check again later.  I want to know why my upgraded Cash Rewards to the Quicksilver Rewards is not giving the 1.5% back, instead it is merely giving 1%.

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?
