No Credit Analyst for Citi Cards for manual review:(

Applied Citi AAdvantage Card last week and its still pending for review.

Called Customer Care but they were not able to connect me with any credit specilist who can review my application manually and provide instant decision.

Looks like I have to wait for decision and keep refreshing application status page

I think other credit card companies do have procedure for fast decisions.. right??

It's December 26th .   Holiday season.

I was on that same boat. I applied for the forward and got the 7-10 days message. I called 5 times and was told to wait. About 2 weeks after i apped i got the email saying i was approved. I had completey forgotten about my app lol

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Citi is recon friendly.

Citi is def'ly NOT recom friendly. I am in the process of recon'ing atm, and it has been a hassle!!!! But I got denied Citi Diamond with like a 700 FICO, and my new , correct score is like 730. I hope I get approved! The last prime card I need!
