I called the recon department and asked to speak to a manager; I was told all manager were in a meeting and someone would call me back in 24 hours. Just one hour later I got a call from a manager who then approved me after explaining my situation.. the main reason was short history! So I guess you might get approved ... just call again!

I tried discover last week. And no go for me to. I have a bankrutcy chapter 7 discharge on 2009, I have a Barclay apple card, Barclay rewards, Capital one Rewards, And orchard, All depth under 20%. Oh well
