That is surprising. Who did the call from ? One of their anaylsts, someone from their EO, frontline CSR, etc. ?

That's better. That's the Citi that I do business with. It's good to have someone reviewing account that are being close and decided to take action.

That's how Ive gotten such high limits! If I dont get clis, I get rid of it. Those atrocious $300 target and $500 cap one cards I had looked horrible on my CR! Lol
