No More BofA Preapproval Link?

Got a "pre-selected" offer in the mail from BofA for their 1-2-3 but wasn't certain it meant I was pre-approved so I wanted to go to the BofA pre-approval link and see if that gave me anything--but I couldn't find the link... is it gone?!
