No anual fee Visa for fair credit?

Anyone know of a no annual fee Visa card for someone in the 650 credit score range with a BK about 3 1/2 years ago? Somehow I ended up with 3 mastercards and some store cards. The odd thing is that there are a couple of places I makes purchases at that only take visa, so I have to use my debit card at those.

No answer for you here, Cyrion, just another question.

I always thought that if a place took MC, they'd take Visa, too (except for the Olympics, of course...only Visa, like in the ads!)  I know some places don't take Discover, and some don't take AMEX, but I thought the Visa/Mastercard thing was if they take one of those, they took the other, too.

I am in your shoes and I am currently looking at Cap One no hassle miles rewards, it has no foreign transaction fee and it gives you 1.25 miles per dollar spent..looks like a good offer to me. But I am open for any other advice.
