It could be your util that's making a difference. The letter you get will tell you. If it is, then try again after your util has lowered.
Good point. I didn't even think that the Visa might have stricter CLI requirements. I guess we shall see what the problem is when I get the rejection letter. The last letter said that it hadn't been long enough so I can only imagine what this letter is going to say. Oh well, I have a good CL with them already and I earn rewards from them. Not really going to stress about it.
