It's a few days past 6 Months since I got a CLI so I decided to give it a try. The whole process was the same except towards the end when the voice ask you do you want the $1500. Instead it said I was being transferred to a CSR and the decision will not automatically be made. The CSR told me she would put it in and to call back tomorrow to see if I got it and then she said it will result in a hard pull. I asked her to cancel the request. I'm gonna try and get 1 in person the next time I go to the bank.
