No luck with shopping cart trick :(

I dont think I agree that it is luck of the draw.  I tried at multiple shops, and no luck.   I tried both addresses on my CR.  I got frustrated thinking maybe I had some setting on mozilla blocking it, so I tried on my mac.  Still no luck.  I put in my I backed up to billing info and entered my gf's info. Boom.  popped right up.  My score is higher than hers, but she already has a VS card.  

Either shopping cart trick hates me, or it loves people that already have a Comenity card.

It might be luck:

I had a NY&Company card and Express in the early 1990's; both show "paid/never late" on my CR. Recently, WFFNB/Comenity soft-pulled my EX report and I STILL cannot get the pop-up, my EX score is 628, EQ is 612.

Must be luck...
