Congrats!!!  I hope to get there someday too and use a nice rewards card (PIF every month of course)!  Baby steps...

I just have to chime in and say congrats also.  It nice to hear stories about people getting out of debt.  And you paid off quite a huge chunk.  Nice job.

Hey great job, but here is one thing to watch out for.  While using your card for daily purchases, be sure to schedule a payment before the report date, because this is the one thing that catch me from time to time.  Especially when you make several purchases like 4 days before your report date and the purchase takes 2 days to post to your balance where you can pay it before it report to the credit bureaus.  Oh yeah, welcome to the world where your cards now work for you only if you have a good reward program and no af attached to your card.
