No more CLIs from Cap One EO

Called up twice before and they told me they don't do that and it's all online... Which is weird because I've done it once back in February of 2014

So maybe they changed their rules with this which kind of stinks ..

anyone else try recently with similar results ?

I talked to them recently and she told me to wait another month before i request it as my last one was 5 months ago. She didn't flat out decline me so i'm assuming they still do it.

If you got a CLI in Feb of this year, its 6 months till the next one especially if that last CLI was given by the EO.

If this is the case Capital One might as well shut the doors. This was basically the only option to "advance" an account with them, their online and csr agents are useless.
