If you get EX score above 670 only then I'd try Amex.

FREEDOM 4.5k | BCP 9.5k | DISCOVER 2.5k | ARRIVAL+ 7.5k | RITZ CARLTON 15k

But I have a lot of inquiries, 13-15 depending on where you look. Other than that my reports are okay. Uti at about 30%. Aaoa 1 year 7 months.
Which lenders aren't so inquiry sensitive?
I would love to get in with amex, any shot?

How recent are the inquiries?  If most are older than 6 month inquiries, they shouldn't be a problem unless you're going for a very particular bank like Citi.  AMEX and such shouldn't be a problem as long as you didn't burn them before and got blacklisted.

30% utilization is quite a bit of money considering how much credit you have.  Perhaps work on bringing down your utilization before getting more credit as it can very quickly get out of hand.

Good Luck.

Thanks for all the replies!
The 30% is across all my cards.
AAOA 1Y 7M
EQ 636 15inq
EX 637 12inq
TU649 13 inq
I am planning on getting all my uti to less than 10% by Aug.
I was looking to transfer balance to save on interest for the next 3 months of carrying a bal.
