No more luv from Paypal credit

I noticed on my online paypal credit account there is no longer a request increase button to click on.  Did anyone else notice this on their account or is it just mine?  They cut my credit line in half about 5 months ago and now I can no longer request an increase via the luv button.

It's still there.  If you click the spending power link on the left, it will take you to a screen where you can press the luv button.
