Here's My update.


Applied 9/28/2013 in store - Denied

9/28/2013 - Tried to recon said it was possible

10/2/2013 - Tried to recon said no my CR shows too much credit and and too much debt (Rep awknowledge that it was from being an AU and that I should dispute them wait a year and try again. She also stated that my BK from 7/2010 will Barred me from Nordstrom for at least 8 years. I was really upset


10/20/2013 - Sent an email to President of Nordstrom and the Credit department. 

10/21/2013 - I got a call @ 1030 from a 303 area code, left VM. Called back and played phone tag a couple times. Finally spoke to the rep and he apologized and said that after he reviewed the application, specifically notes on the account, that no one ever did a proper review. He asked what card I was really wanted and why. I explained that I was trying to go for the Visa but I understand that the limit has to be at least 5k and that a regular store card would be good if I couldn't get the Visa. He didn't even hesitate, and said OK your all set. 


I was so confused, and said what do you mean all set? He said your approved, Visa Signature @ 5k tier 1 interest rate. I said just like that? Yep, your all set, we reviewed your application after the email that you sent and based off of the information you qualify for the Visa Tier 1, would that be OK?


He apologized again and said if I ever have a problem again to give him a call, and he will do what ever it takes to make things right!


I really couldn't have done this with out this forum!

Yeah, back to a seedling because of an auto loan and a credit card app. One day I will make it to the garden, I swear.
