Nordstrom Visa upgrade or not.

Should I ask for a upgrade from plat to signature? What are the pro and cons?

I think the pros are more benefits (it should list them on the website if you look at the differences between cards), the con is that signature doesn't report a credit limit while the platinum does, which may affect your utilization.

I would hate to no longer have that CL report.

I did the upgrade tonight! Seems to add some great features and you can go over CL 75% if needed.

Thanks everyone! I did not ask for cli because I just got one about 2 month ago. Do I still have to pay this card before the statement date or is it no longer calculated in utilization.

im pretty sure that cc's that do not report cl's, high credit is used in its place for scoring.  High credit vs reporting balance.

I would buy something expensive, let it post and return it.
