Ok it's as follows. My fico report states my util is 89%. But on my simulation says you currently have a combined Revolving/Open Account balance of $2,863.** If it (JC PENNEY) was included it would be 3762.00. I'm asking because when i pay them down it will give me more cushion since the CO is included in my util.
JC PENNY 1650.00 1079.00
ASPEN MATER 1000.00 892.00
HSBC ORCHARD 300.00 0.00
WFNNB BUCKLE CARD 250.00 0.00
1FBUSA charge off 1971.00 1971.00

I calculated the numbers you provided and it does not add up. By first glance it seems jcpenneys is not yet factored in and the only account included in util is Aspen even though total balance includes charge off account. I would get both the JC Penney and Aspen balances down before they report again.
limit balance utilization
JC PENNY $1,650.00 $1,079.00 65.39%
ASPEN MATER $1,000.00 $892.00 89.20%
HSBC ORCHARD $300.00 $0.00 0.00%
WFNNB BUCKLE CARD $250.00 $0.00 0.00%
1FBUSA charge off $1,971.00 $1,971.00 100.00%
with jcpenneys $5,171.00 $3,942.00 76.23% overall utilization
with out jcpenneys $3,521.00 $2,863.00 81.31% overall utilization
I apologize for formatting. Cannot get the columns to line up correctly.
