Re: Nov 26, Small Business Saturday

I looked up business on fb and they all seemed to be liquor stores so I said why not a free bottle of liquor. By the time I paid and got back my car, I had received the email.

Re: Nov 26, Small Business Saturday

$25 off a nice bottle of bourbon was my first though, but I decided to put the free $25 toward a lunch outing with my girlfriend and her sister instead.  Smiley Happy

Re: Nov 26, Small Business Saturday

I just got home from my SBS outing. DH and I had a nice dinner at a family owned Thai restaurant and I used my Green card to pay the check. We still have plenty of Thanksgiving leftovers, but this gives us a bit of a break.

Then we went and got our Christmas tree from a locally owned tree lot; I used my Dillard's Amex for that purchase. The tree is a 7' Frazier Fir, which fits perfectly into its designated spot in our living room and is of very nice quality -- lush, symmetrical, healthy. The price was $59.95, so with the $25 credit it will only come to  $34.95; a great deal! Smiley Happy

Thank to my forum friends for pointing out this promotion. I'll be keeping an eye out for it in the future.
