Walmart is TU08, MyFico is TU98, Most lenders us Fico04, and not one sells Fico04 so it's a fun cat and mouse game. Although EQ score here is Fico04 and accurate to most lenders, TU is not, only Barclay is believed to still use MyFico's 98 version.
Most lenders will not use Fico08 cause it's more friendly to consumers.
1. AU's have a lessened effect on your score
2. charge off or collections under $100 does not factor into your scoring
3. small mistakes like 30 days late have less of an affect.
those are small 3 changes in Fico08 but lenders prefer Fico04 cause it's the most damaging to consumers scores. they want to give subprime lending for life !

lol, thats awesome!!

I tried to get some GW and PFD with them and talked with a "VP" about it for like 30mins and he said while I was making complete sense, and that he personally agreed with me. That as a representative of FP and a person who has to abide by their policies he couldn't remove anything.

It gives me an idea though of the possible jump i will have when my derogs fall off in 1.5yrs.

I dunno mine was a really stupid case. 51 reporting violations were actually 51 late payments reporting...... with illegal re-aging of my accounts with different years across the board lol, so not sure if your scores would jump like mine, but yea it was a complete mess.
