yikes!!! I have that card with a 15.9 APR and that was my first credit card after my credit score started coming back up!!!

It's tough to figure out since I've a DCU Visa $10k @8.5%, US Bank Plattie $10k, 0% 12 mos. then 12.99, GECU Visa $3500 8.5%.
Oh well. I just wonder what the basis for their rate was. They pulled EQ which is my best report/score.

I wonder what the average rate is? My lowest is my USAA MC at 15.9 but my Discover is 21.9 and I think once the slate is out of its promo APR it will be at 21.9 too.

It looks like 25.9% is the highest APR for USAA.
