Re: OMG GE!!!

so quick rundown, I did the luv bottom, didnt get an increase, so I called, the CSR said nope didnt get approved, asked to talk to a Specialist, he told me to wait and he came back and said I got good news, I was able to raise it from $800  to $3k, I wish I asked for more, but Ill take the $2200 Increase and run for now. (soft inquiry)

Next up is Cap1.

Congratulations!  GE has always tried to counter-offer so I aim high.  They've been a bit more on the "conservative" side lately compared to 3 months ago.

Re: OMG GE!!!

Congrats

And by no means do I wish to mess up the party

But word to the wise recently people with a lot of CLI's all at once with GE have seen CLD YMMV but time to stop poking that bear and enjoy what you have for awhile (garden)

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Re: OMG GE!!!

I opened three GR cards in Jne: Wal-Mart $200, Gap $200, and Paypal Smart Connect $300.

Called credit solutions after three months. Wal-Mart went to $1,000, Gap to $1,200, and Paypal to $2,000.

My score recently jumped from 664 to 768 on TU, so I called again and was denied. After receiving the letter today in the mail, I discovered they were using an old pull. Has anyone else experienced this?

Cards I Carry
$7.5K $23K $5k $300(SEC) $500 $300 $1,500 $800 $800
Total Available Credit: $39.7k | FICOS: EX 659 | EQ 661 | TU 673
