I have a question...Should I send an email to the CEO of Capital One for my Orchard Bank Mastercard?
I just got done dealing with the EO for Capital One. Depending on your issue (if it's for CLI), they won't be able to help until the conversion is complete, which looks like early summer time.
Can I ask what they were able to do for you? I wrote asking for a CLI.
Basically that they were not offering CLI for Orchard cards at this time, atleast until the conversion is completed.
Does anyone know if C1 will move over an OB credit line to a C1 credit line?
They won't do anything until the conversation is complete.
