Officially in the Garden until April 2013!

So after calling the backdoor number for the Chase Freedom and getting denied even after a recon, I've decided not to apply again for a year.

Right now I've got

USAA Platinum Mastercard - $500 CL

USAA American Express - $500 CL

Capital One Secured - $200 CL

Orchard Bank Visa - $300 CL

American Express Zync - NPSL ($10K)

Best Buy Reward Zone Mastercard - $300 CL

(I love how everyone except Amex gives me $500 or under... lol)

Anyways just thought I'd share. I'm pretty happy with the cards I have. Smiley Happy

What about you guys? Similar experiences or thoughts?

Good luck, and stay in the garden.  Many others seem to wander from it to often, to no avail.  It really, really pays to leave well enough alone! Smiley Happy

Re: Officially in the Garden until April 2013!

I am in the garden for a year as well. Just got approved for zync, Freedom, and discover more.

My next move is to drop cap1 and apparently for cap in a year.

The 10k on zync; is that your internal limit? Did the CSR tell you?

When I log into my account and click "Check Spending Ability," it allows me to approve up to a $10,000 charge. I didn't ask a CSR directly though.

Darn you have guts I don't have the nerve to ask the button for 10k. Maybe later when I actually plan on spending that much in one month. But you know what they say; no guts no glory!!!
