Ok, How About US Airways CLI????

Well, since Hooters wants to do a hard inquiry for a CLI, I was wondering about US Airways CC (Juniper).  I did a search up above, and I cannot find if a customer can request a CLI or if they cannot.  Also, hard or soft inquiry?

Any experience would be appreciated!  My CL is only $500 with them.  By far my lowest.  Thanks!

I've had received one increase in 2 years. CSR tells me "you cannot request CLI. We do periodic reviews."
