Ok I'm officially done app'ing for the year

[ Edited ]

Ya... I know.  You're probably thinking "But there's 7 more days left in 2008".  Right?  Yep, so very true. However, I can exercise some restraint :smileywink:  So I say to all the CCCs that granted me credit this year,  thank you!  To the CCC who CLD'd me... namely Discover, I have forgiven you.  I did hate you :smileymad:  But I miss you more.  There's an empty space in my credit card wallet that calls to you.  Oh and Chase, yes I'm calling you out, I am very mad at you for closing my Circuit City account for non-usage :smileymad:

Seriously, this has been a good year for me as far as obtaining new credit cards.  My goals for next year:

1) Zero cc apps!

2) Always PIF

3) Maintain activity on all 47 revolving accounts

4) Stop thinking about Discover

Happy Holidays!

There is no way I could manage that many, heck I have a hard time with 9 revolving trade lines!

47 is not the correct number of accounts.  What is the correct number, you may ask?

The answer is 42

Why the hell would you have even 42 accounts?  Like honestly, what is the purpose of that?  Hell, I have 2 credit cards, my debit card, and my car loan and thats enough for me.  I don't see the point of going out and getting a ton of cards, but thats just my opinion :smileyindifferent:

That is my goal as well.  I am going to try not to apply for anything.  I have several cards that I am managing and it's time to let them age as well as the inquiries I have taken.
