Old Navy 3X Points from Oct to Dec

I received mail from OLD NAVY card that 3x points will be earned for any shopping outside ON/GAP shop. This means 3% cashback. But I have not found this on old navy website, may be this offer is for selected customers

But it's only redeemable for those little reward certificates to be used at ON, Gap, or BR. I got the same thing with my BR Visa!! I saw a friend with one that said 4x points on everything!! Lol I actually just redeemed $20 in rewards to get a new pair of work pants! Lol :-)
