They are all fairly easy to get. Same acceptance criteria. They all have the same rewards structure 5% cash back to use at their brands only when making purchases online or in their store brands. 1% on all purchases where Visa is accepted if you have the Visa version. The only difference is the ON card has no higher teir. The BR and Gap card will upgrade to Silver/Luxe after $800 annual spend at their brands and comes with some pretty cool features. The ON card won't do that. Also all cards get a 10% off any item discount even sale items off the total purchase every Tuesday online and in stores. A little perk most people forget about.
