AFAIK no such service, you must freeze each one individually via the company itself. It's very easy and all three offer an online process to freeze. Just make note of your PIN(s) because you don't want to misplace them.
Make a form letter, and then all you have to do is change the address. I sent mine off through the mail.

It varies by state, http://www.consumersunion.org/campaigns/learn_more/003484indiv.html has more info. It can be fee-free if you are a victim of fraud with a valid report.

Yeah they do, I even still get pre-approval offers. If you want pre-approvals to continue, I think you need to manually opt back in because the freeze process may opt you out. Visit the official site for details on opting back in at https://www.optoutprescreen.com/?rf=t
Soft pulls will still go through. And you have to pay a fee depending on what state you live in. My state is Oklahoma. You can either authorize one lender to do a pull, or you can unfreeze the report for a set time period like 1 week or 1 month. I did mine since I'm done with applying for new credit for a very long time.

Unfortunately there is no "One Stop" site for it. You need to go to each individual bureau's site and apply the freezes.
