Opinions on BBVA Compass Cards Please

My bank offers two credit cards which seem pretty similar to me. I know they don't offer much in rewards compared to other cards. Since I don't have any open credit card tradelines at the moment, I am thinking about applying for one of these cards. Can anyone please give an opinion on them or suggest other cards I should app for. My Scores have been 660+ before I just got my only collection (medical) paid  and removed.

The first card is a Visa Signature card. Typically these cards start with a minimum $5k credit line. If you have no other cards your approval odds for that one are probably not very good.

Amex BCE - $6000
Chase Freedom - $4500
Citi Thank You Preferred - $9050
Discover More - $6000
US Bank - $6000
NFCU Cash Rewards Visa Signature - $20000
