DW has NFCU CashRewards Signature w/ $5k limit. Currently has a balance of $1,900, and she's also a AU on my nRewards w/ $8k limit and balance of $5,100, in addition to the Amex in my signature. What would be the right conditions for her to request a CLI? We've been with NFCU for almost a year, and her scores are all high 600's/ low 700's.
