I called the backdoor number last week and applied for a CLI from Orchard. I have a card with a CL of 400.
After I apped I got the "7-10 day" response. I figured since my EX was frozen they were going to pull another CR and that's why I got that reponse.
Well, today I get a letter that says, "we are unable to grant a credit limit increase at this time for the following reasons: We are unable to contact you to verify necessary info to process your request."
So now what??? I don't want to unfreeze EX, so am I out of luck here?

I just called the Backdoor number again, explained the letter I recieved. I was xferred to a new CSR which asked me some questions. Referred to my fraud alert on my CRs......long story short.....got a CLI of 100 !!!
That's my second one within 10 months. Started at 300 now I'm up to 500 woohoo
