A few weeks ago I posted that a CSR at Orchard Bank told me that they were upgrading their computer systems and would begin taking customer initated CLI requests as of March 21. I called today and was told that they were still not ready to do this. When will they? Who knows. The CSR that I spoke with today told me he expected that it wouldn't be any sooner than May 1. I'm to the point where I'll believe it when I see it. Anyway... just passing that info along to anyone who would be interested.
