I just got notice that my Orchard Bank card is now a Capital One card.
Considering I already have a Capital One card, should I ask them to simply combine the credit limits and close the Orchard Bank?
Thanks!
According to FAQ, you cannot combine CL between Cap1 and Orchard Bank right now.

Yes, all Orchard Bank cards are now owned by Capital One.
Old Inquiry from 2010/2011 on my CR from HSBC is now reporting as
Capital One/HSBC
The account item on the CR has not been changed yet. Still reporting as
HSBC Bank
I have not received anything from them yet regarding any changes
I have not received anything in the mail yet - I have 2 orchard bank cards in addition to 2 Capital One cards
I'm in the same boat..
Orchard: $500
Orchard Platinum: $1600 (They've been giving me CLIs every so often, and the interest rate is 13.95% on my last statement)
CapitalOne: $750 ($500 then $750, been that way for over a year)
Capital One rewards: $1250 ($750 original, then $1250, no CLIs otherwise)
I was going to close the two lower limit cards, but I really do wonder what Capital One is going to do. If you remember from another thread I posted, I tried to call Orchard to close the $500 limit card but could never get through to anybody. I'm just letting the lower limit cards sit around with $0 balances right now.
