Has anyone included Orchard Bank and HSBC in their BK and then gotten another card from them post BK?

How long ago did you file and how much did you owe them when you went?

I filed back in 2001 i had a balance with them for $930 Dollars. I have a card with them now with a $400 Dollar CL.

Got one will going through BK and another one was approved this week after being out of BK since '06.

Yes we did...Filed '04- discharged '06

I think everyone should have a BK just so they can include their Orchard Cards. (just kiddin')

I had filed for BK IN  Oct-05  i include them,and 5 months after it was dischrge i got a new Orchard cc with $500cl .
